About InfraSimX
We build the software we practise with.
InfraSimX is a small team of licensed engineers working on both sides of one problem: the structural, geotechnical and seismic engineering of buildings and infrastructure, and the software that carries it out — design, ASCE 41 assessment and FEMA P-58 loss, in one program.
An assessment is only as good as what a reviewer can see.
An ASCE 41 evaluation rests on judgment at every step — the knowledge factor, the procedure, the acceptance criteria, the demand that governs. Most tools return a number. We wanted the calculation behind it: the governing check, the demand it came from, and the evidence still missing. We built InfraSimX because that is what we needed in our own work, and what every reviewer asks for.
Practising engineers, not a software company that hired one.
Leads product and software development at InfraSimX, and the structural and seismic assessment work the software is built around.
Leads the geotechnical practice — site characterisation, foundation assessment and the soil–structure interaction that seismic evaluation of existing buildings depends on.
Co-founder and CEO of SusMaX. Advises InfraSimX on business development and go-to-market.

Code-based
Every result traces to a clause. ASCE 7, AISC and ACI for design, ASCE 41-17 and 41-23 for assessment, FEMA P-58 for loss — no proprietary shortcuts standing in for a standard.
Reviewable
The calculation behind each governing check is open to inspection rather than buried in a solver, so a peer reviewer can follow it without rebuilding the model.
The engineer signs, not the software
InfraSimX reports demands, capacities, ratios and losses, and shows what remains unresolved. The determination stays with the licensed engineer.
Built from practice
Features come from assessments we run ourselves. If a check is awkward on a real building, it gets fixed in the product.
